yeah, im giving every single one of you a fucking flashback but hear me out! domains are expensive, like really expensive for my budget. the current .my domain costs (in USD) $25.88 per year, the .info i had previously is $21.74 per year, the .pet i used is $20.70, and the .today i had very briefly is $22.77. to be honest all those ‘expensive’ domains i’ve collected costed me less than a dollar because i’ve taken on the registrars promotions where the first year is incredibly cheap like 1-2 USD. i was indecisive and wanted to change the whole vibe of this website, which i ended up NOT liking, so having this many domains is honestly a waste. i do, however, like my “.my” domain. and the only reason the current .my is still standing and fine until at least oct 19, 2027 is because people visiting this website have helped me out and paid it for me, which is EMBARRASSING. i hate nothing else but begging others to finance my hobbies, because i am simply incompetent to find and hold a job. if i can’t afford a hobby, it should realistically die, right. because you cannot rely on other people! or at least you shouldn’t.

i already use oracle cloud for my hosting, which many would argue against, simply because it’s oracle.. but hey free is free! i can’t really afford even the cheapest VPS of $5 per month lol. which, again, is embarrassing because that is NOT a lot of money, it’s not getting even close to being a lot. but again, since i don’t have a job, i can’t even afford that lol. it’s really pathetic isn’t it.

so what do i mean by a small domain change. well, my country offers second-level domain, .in.rs open to any individual, private person, with residency in my country. this domain is currently only around 600 RSD per year, which comes around to $5.89, if we take the today’s exchange rate of 1 USD being 101.9 RSD. if nothing changes until fall of 2027, for which i’m honestly not even hopeful will happen i might be forced to switch to my own country’s domain space, because they offer a very cheap 2nd-level domain for individuals. this is not something i want to do, like i said, i like the current domain name, and the vibes you get out of it, but unfortunately i may be forced to abandon it. sometimes i honestly feel like such a failure, because 25.88 A YEAR is realistically nothing, almost no money. that’s like $2.1 PER MONTH. that’s very realistically NOTHING. yet, here i am, unsure if i can afford to renew something as simple as domain name lol.

but hey, if this website ever goes offline unprompted, just know her owner was incompetent lol.
